• Non-Refundable Rushed Order Fees (Services Due Within 5-7 Days): $25 - $125 (Same-Day)

• Cancellation Fee (No-Shows and Cancellation within 24-48 Hours of start date/time: $25)

• Failure to adhere to the cancellation timeframe will result in 50% of your total amount charged or no refund at all

• Refunds usually take up to 5-7 business days after cancellation

BOOKING INFORMATION ​

• All booking start times have a 3-hour start time and planning period. Services requested will be sent and given based on the due date acquired at the time of booking (e.g., due date 10/10/2020 at 10:00 AM ET, the client will receive their request same-day to 24/72 hours prior)

• All work and required information for a request must be sent to melaninwriters@gmail.com after your full payment, if this does not happen within 24 hours, your appointment will be canceled, and the invoice will be voided 

   

• You are booking when you want your request started

   

• You must book ahead of time if you do not want rushed fees applied

   

• Please fill out the request form completely

   

• Incomplete and incorrect request forms will be denied 

   

• Every order and request must be paid in full (prices are negotiable for services)

   

• You will not receive your service if you do not pay. NO PAYMENT = NO STARTING ON YOUR SERVICE
